Shared Facilities (EN)

Shared Facilities allows you to make reservations for facilities such as meeting rooms, EV charging stations, etcetera, that are being shared with other tenants/users in a multi-tenant / co-sharing location/office.

There is a choice in number of users: 1 user and unlimited users. The difference is that with 1 user, a generic name and email address will be used, like office@companyxyz.com which can be used by multiple co-workers of that company and with unlimited users, each user will get its own name + email address, e.g. john.doe@companyxyz.com and joanna.doe@companyxyz.com.

For small businesses with only a few employees, in many cases it is sufficient to see that a reservation has been made, but not exactly by whom. This is because all reservations are booked using the same name and email address and are therefore visible in the app under those names. Beyond a certain size in terms of the number of employees, a decision will have to be made as to whether it is more convenient to be able to see the individual name of the person who made the reservation.

If a company already has a subscription with Why at Work for the use of the workplace reservation system, the use of a Shared Facility is always for the unlimited number of users.
